Compensation:
$65,000 – $120,000+/yr (based on experience and performance)

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and oversee field installation teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and resources to complete jobs on time and within budget.
• Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and performance feedback to technicians and apprentices.
• Conduct ride-alongs and in-field evaluations to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless job transitions.
• Participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and monthly technical training sessions.
• Serve as the first point of contact for field-related issues or escalations.

 

What You’ll Need:
• 5+ years of residential electrical experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate field teams.
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and code compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
