What You Will Own

Leadership and Performance

• Lead and develop an installation team to consistently achieve revenue and performance goals
• Set clear expectations for quality, productivity, and professionalism
• Coach, train, and evaluate team members to elevate skill level and accountability
• Build strong morale while maintaining high standards

Planning and Execution

• Oversee daily scheduling and workload distribution
• Translate business goals into structured, prioritized install plans
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively solve scheduling or workflow challenges
• Ensure customer needs are met without compromising quality

Quality, Safety, and Reporting

• Maintain exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction scores
• Participate in incident reviews and quality audits
• Track production, labor efficiency, and revenue performance
• Recommend promotions, transfers, and corrective actions as needed

What You Bring

• Five or more years of residential HVAC experience
• Minimum of two years managing HVAC install teams
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Strong leadership presence with proven team buy-in
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using office and scheduling technology systems
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
