My name is Joey and I'm the General Manager for C&C Myers. I have worked here for many years and have had the opportunity to grow my career here as I've helped people in the community. I started as a Service Tech and have learned many roles and have been promoted multiple times. Our growth has and will continue to provide opportunities for new hires as it has for me. We will be training the successful candidates to follow our process, which leads to predictable results when executed properly. The lead installer position is an extremely important leadership role at C&C Myers. The successful candidate will work closely with the HVAC Manager to ensure maintenances are held to our standard of excellence.

What will your job look like?
We are looking for highly technical HVAC Maintenance Technicians with residential experience that can promptly and effectively troubleshoot, diagnose and maintain air conditioning and heating units.
- Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems – air handling units, ductwork, vents, condensation drainage.
- Maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
- Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
What do you need?
- Minimum 1 year of experience with preventative maintenance of residential HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, etc.
- Must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have EPA Universal or EPA Type II certification.
- Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- C&C Myers may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
COMPENSATION: $55,000 to $85,000 annually, top technicians earning higher!
