What will your job look like?

We are looking for a Retail Administrative Coordinator with great communication and organizational skills. The Retail Administrative Coordinator is vital in processing all necessary paperwork for our retail store program which expands over the low-country market.

  • Serve both Internal and External Clients at the highest level.
  • Training internal technicians across both Savannah and Charleston markets.
  • Answer all incoming calls with a sense of urgency, friendly, helpful manner and ensure all relevant notes are documented.
  • Responsible for processing all paperwork associated with our retail programs.
  • Understanding each customers portal and how to effectively navigate through each level to properly close out jobs (Home Depot & Costco)
  • Properly prioritize calls and duties to ensure that all information is accurate and precise.
  • Be a superior resource for the field staff by communicating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the day to resolve issues and facilitate the work toward completion.
  • Communicate effectively with the retail team in the market.
  • All other duties as assigned

 

What do you need?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have at least one (1) year of administration experience.
  • C&C Myers/Thompson & Thompson Service Group may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
