What will your job look like?

A retail lead generator will work in various popular wholesale retailer store to generate leads/appointments with customers, to represent C&C Myers. A successful candidate will be a self-starter and have a goal-oriented mindset. 

• Interact with customers 
• Talk about Heating, Air Conditioning, and Indoor Air Quality 
• Introduce Lennox HVAC Equipment to customers 
• Discuss replacing Home Heating – A/C Systems 
• Discuss Air Filtration and Humidity Control Systems 
• Schedule appointments for “In-Home Consultation” 

What do you need?

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must have great customer service skills.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• C&C Myers may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
